I bought a Sabat Battery late in 2011 or beginning 2012 obviously believing that this is a sound and healthy battery till two weeks back where my car just did not want to start about 70 km from my workplace where I attended a meeting. This was not only embarrassing but also very stressing as I could not get back to work to fulfil on a deadline. I took the battery to Power tech in Elandsfontein as advised by Luyanda and they told me that the battery has a dead cell but they will not be able to replace it as it's out of warranty because it's a 2010 battery. I told them that I was not even in PE in 2010.I was told by the guys at Power tech that I was never supposed to have been sold this battery. I was told by Luaynda on 041-3640972 that they will sort out for me to get a replacement battery last week and that he is trying get hold of the rep which did not happen and subsequently I had to buy a new battery otherwise I would have sat another week-end without my car. I need Sabbat/Willard to own up to their mess and treat me fairly and refund my money for the replacement battery.
