Good Day

I have had a POLO VW for the past 5 years. The first year i had the car i had no issues. When i fitted the Tracker my car didnt start for a week. So i took it back to the fitment cetre and they said its not the tracker as the tracker has a battery of its own..then i bought a new car battery which lasted a week then died again.for the last 5 years i have been from tracker to mechanics to services trying to fix my car. imagine pushing your car on a monday morning in 3degree's of winter... its not lekker... i have been through 4 batteries and yet Tracker will not take ownership.last night i disconnected the terminal of the battery and i got a call from tracker telling me this... my question is how does my car battery have any impact on my skytrax tracker if my battery is dissconnected... logic tells me that the tracker device is pulling power from my battery... why is tracker lying to everyone... and not taking responsibility
