I approached the company to fix my Mini Cooper S's gearbox. I gave it in in February 2012.They told me that it would cost R38000.00 where of my warrenty will pay R12000.00 and i have to pay R26000.00.They got the R12000.00 within a month or two. They told me that it would be ready in 3 months, it did not happen as the gearbox was wrong. I accepted it. Waiting, waiting and waiting, 2 months had past. Same problem. Waited again. After another 3 months in total 8-9 months my car was finished. I told the staff that i am waiting for money as i dont have it and that i will only have the money in March 2013 where i did pay the money as promised. Suddenly i got a invoice amount of R43000.00 for the gearbox and suddenly for storage as that was not discussed with me and not even told. I paid the money and now they still want another R16000.00.Wher am i supposed to get that money from now. Its unacceptable of companies biting people out just to make money. Thanks
