I have a ford fiesta 2010 model and the gearbox was replaced as it was faulty and then again for the second time, and as i received my vehicle back from the dealer the next day i notice that i had a massive gearbox leak and i phones Hatfield and there response to me was that i should bring it to them and i told them that i could harm the gearbox when i drive it as i don't know how much oil was out of the gearbox ..., ...
They had a look at the gearbox immediately and more than half of the gear oil was out and i told them well as soon as a gearbox will loose so much oil and you drive it that the gearbox is already damaged and they refused to supply me with a new gearbox and i had it for service 2 months back and i told them the gearbox is scratching in second and is very stiff and they told me no problem found... well the gearbox scratches in gears so i would like my gearbox replaced and i don't want to come in or leave my vehicle there so it can be tested as the gearbox is damaged as more than half of the oil was out leaking as they put a faulty gearbox, in the first place
