Gearbox Issue

I did request of gearbox as mine was broken on 04March2013, and Classic Motors claimed to have the gearbox and gave me price and their banking details for depositing money which i did, then afterwards it was a misery as i had to phone everyday but nothing happening only to find that they never had such gearbox. Firstly they did send me wrong box which i had to pay for delivery and they asked me to send my gearbox so that they can compare and make sure when they resend. I had no answer again had to call them everyday and stories were still getting newer and newer, until was told they got box when i asked for my refund and gearbox after getting other box somewhere, and it took them months again had to call time and again only to find out that they were busy repairing my own without my permission, they send the box on June and told me its another box which was since the Mechanic also did realise that the box was mine just repaired but they kept denying these and gave me 1 month guarantee, whereby only drove 2 months then was stacked again. I did call Mellisa again and every time i call was just kept hanging and hanging. I am really disappointed in their operation and service
