My car was sent to Action Panel Beaters through my insurance after hail damage in December 2012, when I got it back 2 weeks later the hail damage was fixed but the rubber on the passenger door was removed and not put back (as it was torn) so air came through the door when driving and rain water would collect inside the door.
Took it back in February to be fixed, when I phoned two days later they told me it was ready only to get there and the rubber "hadn't arrived" (which they did not inform me of on the phone before I came all the way to fetch it!) They promised they would have the rubber within it with in a week and phone me when it was there..
(not to mention that my door was no longer locking all of a sudden when it locked fine before!)
It is now April and I have phoned at least twice a week since then and I cant get anything out of them!
Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere!
My door panel continues to fill up with water while they continue to insist that they will phone me back to sort it out!
beyond fed up!
