Poor service, no feedback and incompetence

My car sustained hail damage early October 2012, I immediately contacted PSG who acknowledged the incident and then went quiet for a week, little did I know that this would be the trend for the duration of this process and 4 months later my car has still not been repaired and all I get is excuses and zero feedback from PSG!

My car went to the panel beaters 24/01/2013 and I was told that the repair time would be at most 10 days, but, it was pointed out to me by the panel beaters that not all of the hail damage had been approved and they are unable to complete the work until this approval is received from PSG, so I queried this with PSG and to cut a long story short, they still haven't given the panel beater approval (2 weeks later), I've phoned and emailed PSG on numerous occasions and get a different story each time, the consultants are unable to give me a valid explanation as to the delay and they "need to pull my file and call me back" which they never do. My car has already been with the panel beaters for 14 days and at best I "might" get my car back this week Friday but only if the panel beaters receive the second authorisation.
