Pathetic service and delays

My car went for repairs to Action Panel beaters on 20th of December 2012. I made a few phone calls to them since they have not reported back to me on the status of my vehicle. They told me by mid January that they have not started working on my car since they require all the parts they ordered. Eventually they told me at the end of January that they have acquired all the parts and will start with repairs. Later in February I phoned again after receiving no response from them. They told me the car is finished the just need to respray the fender as the paint did not come out as it was suppose to the first time. I phoned them the next Monday 18 February 2013 to hear if I can collect. Juan told me they now need the door lock which they will order and then the car will be finished and I can collect. I phoned them a week after that and they told me now they still need the blackout sticker. I called them again that Wednesday and they gave another excuse they now need a backrest for the seat and that will take 21 days. I have been to Action Panel beaters twice, but every time the car is not there because it has gone for testing. It has been 2 and a half months and my car is not finished.
