Terrible workmanship and unprofessional

I sent my car (2012 Nissan Navara, 19 000 kms) in to have hail damage repairs done in November. After taking a little over a week longer than promised i got my car back. The workmanship was horific and they had damaged items of my car that were fine when i sent it in. When I took delivery of my car none of the rubbers and fittings under the bonnet hadn't been replaced. The drivers door wouldn't unlock, the window controls were not functioning properly, the air- sounded like a fighter jet taking off, there was paint runs on the bonnet and damage to the body where they had used screwdrivers to remove panels... and more!! I took the car back to them and they appologised and took the car back to correct their incompatence.
I was told the car would be ready 2 weeks later and told to collect the car on 24th Jan 2013. When i went to collect my car on th 24th the manager said I was a day early and should collect the next day as it wasnt ready. He didn't even bother to call me and tell me they weren't finished on time. They tried to correct their damage and now the passenger door doesn't lock!! New problem, ithese guys have no idea how to repair a car and there is no quality control.
