Pushing the Blame
My car had rust and my car was booked in late January by Princess Crossing Multi Franchise and they took my car to the panel beaters and when my car returns i was told by Charmaine that the driver door is not closing properly i must just hit it hard and the rubber will settle. In the weekend while i was washing my car i check my door rubber it was damage and missing clips, and i notified Annemie and i was told that my it will be sorted out, till today it is not sorted and the service manager told me that they won't pay for the door rubber the panel beater they took it to has to pay and they will notify me till today i have not been told what is going to happen, i have sent emails and they are ignoring them. i want my door rubber to be replaced.
