It takes 20min for the fuel deposit to be taken OUT OF my account, but when it comes to it being paid BACK INTO my account, after i have given the vehicle back with a full tank of petrol, it takes longer than 5 days to receive the deposit back (and still waiting)!!! I have made 3 phone calls in connection with this and was promised it will be paid back yesterday morning, and yet I wait. Not impressed! Surely it is a simple transfer??? They are so quick to take it out, yet so inefficient at putting back what is owed to me... Won't be using them again in a hurry.
