Your rental car was handed back exactly a week ago today on the 20/11/2013, you claim you refund the fuel deposit 3-5 working days, the car as confirmed was returned fuel tank, i am still waiting A call was made by me yesterday enquiring why this was not in my account yet and i am still waiting. Do all clients have to nag for their deposits? Please ensure this is in my account today as a further hello peter will go to the insurance company making use of you as they referring you and need to know of this lack of service delivery
