Mercedes Benz do not care once they have received

In May 2009, Mr Evans, purchased a A180 CDI Avantgarde A/T from Sandown Motors which was financed through Mercedes Benz finance under contract number 441173. This vehicle was subsequently written off in December of 2009 and a substitution of goods was done with the new vehicle particulars.

The new vehicle has subsequently been settled and fully paid for on the 7 February 2013.

It is a nightmare to phone Customer Service and each call takes in excess of 30 minutes with no success.

I have mailed them 3 times over a period of 3 weeks on the [Email Removed] mail address which is on their website but no response.

We have now been battling for two months to get the original natis document out of Mercedes Benz. The problem we keep picking up is that the old vehicles details are still registered on the system and not the new substituted vehicles details.

Really poor service as nobody seems to take responsibility.
