I have a car rental as part of my short-term insurance. I recently made a claim, and when I delivered my car at the panelbeater and collected the hired car, I made a R750 fuel deposit, deducted from my credit card there. I returned the car, with a full tank, on Wednesday 8th May and to date I haven't yet received my fuel deposit.
Why does it take over a week to get your money back?
