We hired a car from them for the month of March were billed R4, 457 which my husband paid for the 03.03.2013 when he picked up the car. Made an extention on the rental for the month of April R5, 000 was taken off from bank account on the 30.03.2013. Besides these two amount R6, 000 was reserved on the card for insurance purposes until car is returned, however car was switched off on the 9th being told we were owing my husband sent proof of payment car was back on but then 4days later off again. Eventually they came to fetch the car stating that my husband owed on the car and that the proof of payment he sent was a forgery when in fact it was a copy of his bank statement he pulled from the internet, and person who came to pick up the car said they couldn't see R9K my husband claims he paid- this happened on the 17.04.2013. When you try to call their office they take forever to answer and have dropped the phone several times when I tried to explain my situation and even though we are married last person told me because I did not make the rental they couldn't help. Very very unhappy about their service and April is not even up and already we're owing when we paid R4, 5k for March and
