Rental ALWAYS LATE, EVERY month since inception of contract, which states rental payment must be made BY the FIRST of the month, in advance.
This is not just one isolated incident, but a recurring bad business practice, and correspondence from myself is frequently ignored, responded to inappropriately or very delayed.
Have had ridiculous excuses like admin person on leave or writing exams - business and life does NOT stop when one person is not available!

E-mailed demand to Michelle Els and Anina du Plessis, Newcastle, on 2013-12-05 - IGNORED
E-mailed escalation of poor service to Head Office, as per website, and Newcastle employees above, on 2013-12-09 - IGNORED
Provided my full contact details in all e-mail correspondence - no call, no e-mail, no actions apparent to rectify situation and no payment to date.
