On 06.03.2013 I received my order placed via the internet. A few weeks later I wanted to put the bonnet guard on my car, on which I discovered that it was broken. I mailed Tilly in despatch and he said that he will swop it for me. I returned the broken bonnet guard and they've sent me the replacement one via courier today (17.04.2013). The guard was obviously damaged during transportation to me, but could easily have been broken by my hands. They replaced it - NO PROBLEM. Thank You :-)
