Once again I am forced to write a report on STANDARD BANK PVT BANKING CLEARWATER . My husband has been a loyal customer for over 20 years. He had the same PVT banker for that period of time and she left, no phone call to her loyal customers, she just wasn't available. My husband then received a call from a gentleman stating he was my husband's new PVT BNKER. My husband had an issue with our garage card yesterday 22 May 2013, he phoned the gentleman's office, he had already left - 16H25, .My husband phoned card division and requested a statement, in this day and age she said couldn't be done an email had to be sent to the PVT banker, HELLOOOOOO a person is concerned about their card and they have to now wait. Be that as it may my husband sent the email request to his PVT BANKER, as well as a query as to why he pays a high set fee on his acc as well as a fee on his no 2 account and now we notice were been charged R 9.00 each a month for statements. No phone call from the PVT BANKER, NO SUPRISES!!!
No advice to us asking if we would prefer emailed statements. WHAT IS GOING ON AT STANDARD BANK!!!
