Serious Breach of Contract

Auric Auto says that all pre- owned cars go through a full quality check and according to their sales agrement this is guaranteed. They lie. 3 weeks after buying my car it has significant problems. It has now been at the dealer for 2 days andvis failing all road tests. Clearly I have been sold a vehicle with huge problems and no checks were done.
To top it all their service team never get back to you, about timings and are totally indifferent.
