I took occupation at Villa Seville on the 12 January 2013 all went well, during March we found that the unit was sold to new owners. After a struggle I got hold of the agency RONNIE MATTHEWS that will handle the rental for the unit. I did deal with a lady called Rinda and she gave me the banking details of the new owner, so I went and make the payment for rent on to that bank account on the 30 th March. But did not receive any electricity statement for the month so I did pay the avarage amount I always pay, she sed all is done the owner did receive the payment. Yesterday 18 April 2013 the owner phoned me and ask where is her money she did not receive eny payment. I told her I have done the payment on the 30th March. So wheter the money was in the account of the agency or in the account of the agent I dont know but it was not paid to the owner. that to me is or posible and extreaml;y poor service aldo Rinda is not even the rental agent. I want this complain to get to the Principal of the agency and steps must be taken please. I am very unhappy about this.
