Incorrect billing-Extremely poor customer service

I placed an order for a stock pot on my husbands homechoice account on 6 March. The order was for a 13.5l stock pot for a cash price of R862.92, which I paid by EFT as I was talking to the the Homechoice agent, Manelisi Sicholando. The order confirmation no was 68169337. Now in April we receive a statement showing that the order was processed as an instalment sale to be paid in 6 monthly installments of R177.92. As a result the account now shows a balance owing of R219.38. My husband cant query this as he did not place the order and was not even home the day I placed an order. When I call homechoice they are not willing to talk or listen to me as it is not my account. They will not even take my husband's ID no and account number to investigate the matter, worse they would not even put me through to a manager. I did not pretend to be my husband when I placed the order, the person who took the order did so knowing very well that he was talking to Mr Motloung's WIFE. I find it strange now that they can not look into a query just because I am not my husband.
