On the 9th of April at 10:10 am I took my car to the car wash that is situated on the premises of the Shell garage petrol station in Fishhoek. (It has no name board visual). I booked my car in for a mini valet (which includes a polish) and the lady still told me that she will do her best to try and finish in about 1.5 hours later, but there is allot to do and she is the only person there. I then went to the gym across the road and watched the lady wash, dry and vacuum the car from the window. After an hour I saw that it looks like it will be raining soon and went down to the lady thinking that I should probably cancel the polish as she cannot stand in the rain and polish the car (there is no roof over the car wash). When I got there the lady told me that she has already finished the polish. I investigated the car and saw no evidence of the car being polished and that the lady have not even vacuumed the boot. I phoned the owner Nadeem, but he failed to resolve the matter. From now on I will rather wash and polish my own car and know that no one will waste my time and my money again, as I paid for a mini valet and only got a wash, dry and half a vacuum.
