Pathetic after sales service at Avis

I bought Hyundai i20 at Avis in Pretoria Address number 70 Schoeman street, it was on 21 000 km fairly new. After a year /this month I discovered my bumper was glued it had no clippers or manufacture panel beating procedure on the right side. I then contacted Avis to inquire about the problem and they told me to bring the car on my arrival I was introduced to the manager, very rude manager Budd Hunsdale, he told me if I was not parking at a steep hill place I would have not realized the bumper was glued as a result they are not responsible for the repairs. Only on Friday the 05th of April 2013, they showed me my car history that It was once involved in an accident, repaired three times and two of the accidents were for the bumper. How do I damage the bumper if I haven't been involved in an accident, the bumper is just loose the glue came out. I cannot believe they are putting their reliability on glue. Cars are to be used on daily bases and there are exposed to the sun and other environmental compounds. They just fix temporal to sell without caring about the reputation of the brand. He told me they can repair cars the way the want
