Bought a BMW at Hyundai Roodepoort. Salesman Riaan van den Heever promised me everything would be in good order upon delivery. Delivery day, bumper was loose (no screws holding underneath, licence disk expired etc). Nevertheless they said i must note everything down, which i did. Driving the car to KZN and bumper starts tearing (was repaired before) and undercarriage hangs on the highway. NIGHTMARE! Riaan said he will sort it out. Took the car back at my cost! They didn't want to reimburse me as the car was in KZN. Called me to pick up car so i go there only to realise that they still didn't secure the bumper! Told Riaan to deliver the car as i cannot keep running for the car. Next day car is delivered with cable ties hold the bumper. Screws weren't even put correctly as well, couldn't believe this type of work! Took the car as is and told Riaan that if i have a problem again i will call him. A month later driving again, bumper starts tearing again on the same spot! Address issue with Riaan again. Now he says he will contact the contractor and see but they cannot repair every time. Bumper and undercarriage is now damaged! How is this my problem now! Is this service???
