I recently hired a vehicle from AVIS King Shaka international Airport.. When i collected the vehicle no one had conducted an inspection on the vehicle with me to point out existing damages. Upon returning the vehicle the attendant who collected keys pointed out a scratch on the rear bumper. I let them know that that damage was already there when i collected the vehicle and they should investigate. Without notification i was still charged for the damage. I followed up with AVIS and they still say that i am responsible for the damage and the charge will not be reversed. i am very disappointed in the service i have received from AVIS. i only use AVIS because of my momentum multiply discount that i receive otherwise i would not.
