DISGUSTING SERVICE/ DAYLIGHT

I was involved in an accident caused by a 3rd party on the 5 Jan 2011. Avis holds me responsible for the amount of R13000.00. They assured me they will claim from the other party's insurer and to date have not. Avis advised me the excess would be R3000.00. They billed me an extravagant R13 000.00 for slight damage to the front bumper. I obviously refused to pay as this was daylight. I never expected such pathetic service. Avis refused to give me the time of day and shoved me from pillar to post.. Nobody at Avis seems to take responsibility. Avis handed this account for collection however I will not pay for what I am not liable. Utterly disgusting.
