We purchased a car in November without being told that the engine was faulty, after the deal was signed we could only collect the car after a month as they needed to do minor services. nothing was done to the car and the car was sent back to them to be repaired. we collected the car late December and only used for a week and the car was sent back to The Car King to be repaired. since the 10 of January 2013 up to date we still haven't received the car, the engine has been stripped and nothing has been done about it, when questioning them, they make false promises, no one updates us on the status of the vehicle and all they keep on telling us is the vehicle will be ready in two weeks, it has been 3 months and nothing has been done to our vehicle. the workshop manager Steve van der Hoogen and the manager of The Car King Martin Stolz couldn't care less about the vehicle nor do they keep in touch with us to inform about the status of the vehicle.
they were quick to take our money and sign the deal, but now they take their own time to fix the vehicle.
