I have emailed King Price customer care a few days after the collection of my vehicle. Complimenting King Price for the friendly & efficient service received from the staff, but complaining about the danger of driving my vehicle after their panel beater "repaired" my vehicle. But no response!!
My vehicle is unroadworthy - no reverse lights, no indicators (which worked perfectly before being "repaired"). My vehicle is dangerous to drive. A day after i collected my vehicle the CV joint came out. King Price had to tow my vehicle home where i had the CV put back in. Once again, last night it came out again while driving on the highway at night!! My life as well as my wife's was put in harms way. As everyone knows, this is not a safe place to be standing at night, or anytime of the day! Who will compensate me should our lives be taken?? Once again i cannot get to work either, and once again King Price had to tow me! This is unacceptable. An absolute joke. Insurance is paid monthly for peace of mind - this is NOT peace of mind!!
I demand my vehicle be sorted out immediately, and i receive a courtesy car for the inconvenience & so that i can get to work.
