Pathetic product and customer service

I purchased a brand new VW Scirocco 1.4TSI in Sep 2011. In Sep 2012 with less than 30000km on the odometer it began misfiring. I took the vehicle in to VW Umhlanga for repairs where they stripped the engine and replaced 1 piston. After 3 weeks I got my vehicle back and in Jan 2013 it began misfiring again and smoking as well. I took the vehicle back to VW Umhlanga to be repaired. They at this stage stripped the engine again and replaced all the pistons which they should have done in the first instance. I then after another 3 weeks got my vehicle back. The very next day while traveling the vehicle stopped accelerating. There was also an issue where the vehicle would not start at the first turn of the key. The vehicle not accelerating was fixed and now the vehicle started smoking again. The vehicle is currently with VW UMhlanga. VWSA customer service has been appalling where they have been no help in intervening in the process. I have not had any feedback from the VW Umhlanga dealer principle.
