Pathetic customer service

We bought a vehicle from the car king in December, firstly as always we received initially great service but once the deal was made the service and attitude went right out the door.
There were a few things that we wanted fixed/repaired and replaced on the vehicle, it had hail damage and bad scratches which was promised to be sorted out. They took the car in for a week and it came back with an absolutely shocking job, they then said it would be sorted and took it again for over a week and again we were very dissatisfied with the job as none of the scratches etc. were fixed. They then refused to fix the problem. We were missing wheel caps as well which was promised to be replaced and that it was on order, and after numerous phone calls and a no care attitude we still have not received them after 4 months from date of sale with a new excuse every time we phone. Even with everything in writing of what we both agreed would be sorted out on the car, they didn't deliver their part of the deal. When I do mention the car king now, I hear stories of what people went through as well, which if I had known from the start I wouldn't have dealt with them.
