On the 19 of December we deposited money into the Wozani car hire account because they had said they were waiting for a car to be returned and in order for us to secure the account we must deposit R2500 and the car would be available the following day. The following day when we called to ask if we can collect the car Jerry, the manager said that the car was not returned yet we should check again in later. Later the car was still not there, We called again the next day and he said the person who was supposed to return the car has extended the days and he offered us a citi golf of which we rejected and asked for our deposit back. He promised to refund by Friday the 21st of December. We (my sister and I) have been calling ever since and he has been promising to refund. last week he said it will definitely be refunded on Monday. Yesterday i called and he told me definately by the end of the day, end of day there was nothing. today again i called and he took my account details again, my name and my number and i had to again remind him why i was calling. and now he comes with the story that the accounts people were on leave they came back yesterday but they are not in today. and in...
