Ight now am totally not in a good state of mood because of budget car hire i regret to have chosen budget for rental services. on the 13th i took a car for rental and an amount of R5000 was taken from my account for a deposit which was to be returned after i have brought back the car. the car was returned on the 17th as agreed and i was told that my money with be deposited back into my account after 24 to 72 hours. again on the 18Th another R5000 was taken by budget car rental for what i don't know as i speak right now budget car rental is holding my R10 000. i called the person who was assisting me and he sang me the same lullaby he usually sing to other people like me. i need my money currently am with my kids and they need food they need cloths and my money cant be paid back to my account. i called again today, i was told that the person who helped is not in today i'll have to wait till Monday. its now 120 hours of waiting and till Monday with food for my kids. this is a poor service i have ever received i will preach this gospel to every one in all social networks and media. am diabetic i don't have insulin i will suffer until the budget car rental decides to pay back my cash.
