I had a rental car from the randburg branch which I returned almost two months ago and i have not received my petrol deposit back. What upsets is that whenever I call I am told that the manager is processing it or someone has gone to the bank to deposit it and now it's been two months and I have not received my deposit back. Again I called today and spoke to a guy called Evans and this is the same person I spoke to on Monday and all the other times I called, same story someone went to deposit and he's going to look at the receipts as the manager is not available, blah blah blah. I am sick of wasting my airtime and following up on this, according to the car hire contract the deposit is suppose to be refunded 3 days after the vehicle is returned with a full tank. I am so disappointed that two months later I am still following up on this.
