Bad Service

My car (Chev Aveo) was booked in at Solly's Middelburg for the air-conditioning not working properly and the cluster unit showing that I am driving 25km with the vehicle being switched off.
On the 13th of March my car went in, and upon return, they ordered the part (Cluster unit) and will phone me as soon as it is in stock as it is a warranty part and they will replace it.

I received a call on the 18th of March from Heidi stating that the part arrived and if I will be able to bring my car in for the part replacement on the 2nd of April.
We arranged for this to happen and also for the 60 000km service to be done.

I booked my car in on the 2nd by Mpumi, I received a call in the afternoon stating that my car won't be ready and it needs to stay over.
I moved my appointments to accommodate this. They were waiting for a timing belt.
On the 3rd I received a phone call at roughly 15h00 stating that I can collect my car.

I went to collect, the service was done and when I asked about the cluster unit, she said it wasn't done as the part isn't there, they have to order it.
Heidi jumped in and said the part is there.
The technician ended up saying that he re-set my clus
