I have put in a warranty claim on a cluster for my Nissan Navara.
I was promised to have the part in January 2013 as it was just before Christmas and they need to import the part. I had some concerns around the km reading on the cluster, but was promised by the manager that there will be no problem as they will program it at Nissan SA before installing. This is now end of February and the part has been installed today, but they could not transfer my km reading to the new cluster, after I was promised this will happen. I don't know why they could not do it.
One thing is for sure is that I will never buy a Nissan again in my life becuase of "managers" that do not know their product, and I will certainly never buy from IC Nissan again.
