I booked my car to be checked as it had a rattling sound coming from the from wheel. I was told to bring it in on Thursday 7 November. The name of the service consultant who booked it in is Garth. The whole day no one called me to let me know what was happening with the car until I called at 4pm and was told the car had still not being diagnosed and I'd be called once it was. This did not happen, I had to make the conclusion myself that it would not be ready for collection that day and had the inconvenience of arranging my own lift home and to work the following day. Why was I told to bring my car in if there was no capacity to fix it the it the same day? No one even looked at it the whole day?

I was told the shocks were the problem and they did not have a replacement part in stock. The part would be ordered from Johannesburg and should arrive on Monday 11th. I was then told to collect my car and bring it in once the part arrived. It is Wednesday the 13th today and I have not heard from anyone. I still drive around with a car that sounds like it will fall apart any minute.
