Useless Service! Bad attitude

I bought my vehicle in May 2011, and I have had constant problems with it ever since. Less than a year after I purchased it, the engine failure light started going on, I took it to the dealership about 5times before that could be sorted out. My passenger side window had to be replaced because it was not working! Just recently my vehicle started rusting!!! its not even 2 yrs old & its rusting!!! then my aircon stopped working aswell!!! and there is a knocking noise on the front passenger side. When i called Gwm R/bay this morning they said that if my vehicle goes in for the rust it will be there for a few days & then they will still have to check what is wrong with the aircon & that noise & that might take a few days aswell!! this is really frustrating as i do not have another vehicle when i asked if they could provide me with a courtesy car during this time i was told that it was against their co. policy to give courtesy cars & they couldnt help me!!! i feel this is very unfair as all these problems are not my fault and the dealership could actually be more helpful!!! i was even told by told by Colleen that i should consider trading my car in if i'm unhappy!!!
