I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY BRAND NEW POLO VIVO I PURCHASED 5 MONTHS AGO. THE EPC LIGHT CAME ON AND I TOOK IT TO A DEALERSHIP, THEY HAVE DIAGNOSED THAT THE CYLINDER HEAD BE REPLACED. ON THE SAME DAY I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT GET A COURTESY VEHICLE AS THE CAR WILL HAVE TO BE STRIPPED AND ONLY WHEN THE PART IS ORDERED WILL I GET A COURTESY VEHICLE. THIS CYLINDER HEAD TOOK TWO FULL WEEKS TO BE FITTED ONTO THE CAR. i HAVE REQUESTED TO JO-ANNE THAT I WOULD NOT LIKE ANY MECHANICAL REPAIRS DONE TO MY VEHICLE AS IT IS STILL NEW. I ASKED HER TO RATHER HAVE THE VEHICLE REPLACED OR THE COMPLETE ENGINE REPLACED. HOWEVER SHE ASKED THE DEALERSHIP TO GO AHEAD WITH THE REPAIRS. TWO DAYS AFTER FETCHING MY CAR FROM THE DEALERSHIP, I SAW THE CAR LEAKING OIL.
I DO NOT HAVE CONFIDENCE IN VW VEHICLES ANYMORE AND I ALSO DO NOT FEEL SAFE TRANSPORTING MY FAMILY IN THIS CAR AS I FEAR SOMETHING ELSE MAY BREAK AT ANYTIME AND COMPROMISE OUR SAFETY. IN ACTUAL FACT I DONT USE THIS VEHICLE AT NIGHT AND WONT BE GOING ANY WHERE FAR WITH IT.
ITS ALMOST AS IF I WILL BE OWNING A 2ND HAND VEHICLE BUT PAYING FOR A NEW ONE.
NOTE THAT THEY HAVE MY MONEY, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
