Lack of customer care and after sales service

We bought a peugeot 308cc last year March and it started giving us problems in June, after three months of purchase. The dealership kept insisting on repairing the faults until we made noise and they unwillingly changed the vehicle, after knocking on all relevant doors. The new vehicle we received in June has now developed its own issues with the engine and we are now told that the engine needs resetting and the injector pump needs replacing.

Early this year we were told that the water level sensor needs replacing, but they forgot to place the order. When i went back to the dealership i was told that it had not arrived; after which another order was placed. As it is not my doing that the car needs all these problems sorted, which started after it had gone for the first service. The dealer does not even have the courtesy of giving us a loan vehicle and we have to make our own arrangements whilst they keep the vehicle for two days. The services Dpt Manager told me that the car is very sensitive and that;s just how they are built; which was news to me because if i had known that the car i bought has mood swings and no durability, i would not have bought the brand.

BAD BUY..!!!
