Fault on a vehicle

Husband n I bought a vehicle (toyota corrolla proffesinal) from cars @ridgeway on the 1st of february 2013, the vehicle started to give us problem with de steering wheel which was falling while driving the car, we went to them n told us to take de car for diagnosis n that they will fix it.we went to toyota then we took de car to cars@ridgeway on monday 16th of september.while we left de car we were told that we will get it in 5 days time.when I contacted them after 5 days dey ignored me until monday 23 sept when my husband went to them.he stayed at the dealership from 10am until 17:30 before he could get the car.they did not give him the idea of what was happening with our car until his friend arrived there and forced the dealership people to give us the same car as ours as a courtesy car (toyota corrolla proffessional) until today they don't want to tell us where our vehicle is, they say it is with the"guy" who's fixing it.
