I bought a brand new BMW 2013 model about 7 months ago, this vehicle has been in and out of the repairs at Clearwater Bmw dealership several times, at 300km its was the sound in the enjin (and it is still there) then it was a paint defect on the boot lid, (ON A BRAND NEW VEHICLE) then the interior fan was so loud thought it was going to come thru the dashbord, car went back again. Third time in less than 3 months. Now the last time the vehicle went in there was a list of problems, another paint defect, steering rack noise, wind noise cause doors arent lined up, aircon switch on and off all by it self, fan does not blow as it is supposed to, boot lid is scratching paint off on the bumper, cigarette lighter light don't work, it has a exhaust noise and now I even heard there is a whistle type of noise in the gearbox.
I have phoned and asked the assistance of BMW SA and up to now they havent sent anyone to attend my problems!!! My vehicle goes in for repairs and come back the same. I am now doubting if they sold me a new vehicle cause so many problems and PAINT DEFECTS on a new car is impossible.
