DISHONEST FEEDBACK AND UNTRAINED CALLCENTRE AGENT

I took my car in for hail storm damage repairs. I left my vehicle at GHS on the 28th February 2013. When I phoned a week later I was informed that the dents were being pushed out, meaning that someone was working on fixing my car on the premises of GHS. A few days later after this call, I got a call from GHS informing me that my car was being moved to Olympic panel beaters where the car would be sprayed.

When I phoned Joe at Olympic to get some feedback, Joe advised that he had not started on the job since no authorisation was given by Auto & General (Telesure). I then enquired further on the "work/repairs" that we undertaken at GHS. Joe told me that NOTHING was done on the car!!! When I phoned GHS again to verify Joe's story, I was told that the car had some work done on it. So who is lying here???!!!

What erks me is that I left my car at Gloabla Hail Solutions in Isando on the 28th and 20 days later, nothing has been done!!!

I am still waiting for the courtesy car that A&G promised to arrange for me and to transfer the pick up point from Carlton Centre to Sandton Radison Gautrain (Budget)!! (Dale - 0215275735). I phoned to effect the change but nothing was done
