I would just like to complain about the showing service that I received from Santam at the Global Hail Solutions in the East. I took the car into Global Hail and was met with a Santam assessor. He took the car in a said that Global Hail will work on the car and it will take about two weeks. About a week after I dropped of the car I got a call from of the the assessor to say that Global Hail has completed by repair and there is more work which need to be performed. Without my authorisation the car was then transferred to a panel beater in the South of Johannesburg (Track and Car Panel Beater). The excuse that I was given is that all the panel beaters in the East were TOO busy. I was told by the assessor that all which need to be performed was re-spraying of the bonnet and a few panels.
I was given this panel beater contact details whom I then tried to contact over 10 times and they just never called me back saying at different times that they were awaiting feedback. I also got the Santam client service manager to contact them and she also did no get any help.
Today I finally got hold of the key assessors at Santam based at Global Hail Rian and he said that he will call the ow
