We were given a rental vehicle through the insurance through - Carsure. A cash deposit was taken. The vehicle was returned on 23 Feb - after several phone calls the money has still not been refunded - almost a MONTH later. What do we have to do to get some decent customer service - all we want is the deposit back... Do we need to Draw pictures maybe??? What don't you understand?
