No Refund of Security Deposit to Date

After paying the R750 security deposit for a vehicle rented from Avis Randburg through my insurance company I returned the vehicle on 11.02.2013 with no issues and in the same condition as received, with a full tank of petrol as required.

The lady who processed the check-out, Rebecca Tshehla acknowledged that I was indeed due my refund and once I had emailed her the "Insurance and Cash Rental Pre-Checkout Form" she would arrange for the money to be refunded into my bank account.

This was done on the same day I returned the vehicle and she acknowledged the receipt of my details via email on 12.02.2013 after having to follow up with another email and numerous phone calls which frankly is a waste of my time and as your customer.

It is now the 07.03.2013 and after ignored emails following up on the matter today and on the 27.02.2013 (by which time my refund should have reflected in my account) I am yet to receive my refund.

I FIND THIS KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICE UNACCEPTABLE AND THE LACK OF RESPONSE FROM AVIS'S EMPLOYEE DOWNRIGHT RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I would greatly appreciate the R750 refund which is due to me please!
