Volkswagen
Difficulty getting car fixed

Good evening

I have been struggling to get my Tiguan 2TDI (2008 model, with a and a perfect service record.)fixed at the Menlyn branch (Pretoria, South Africa, - 89000km's) from middle November 2012. I am still paying off on an extended warranty policy from McCarthy. My car has been back to the dealership today for the 11th time. It gives an error: Engine workshop fault - and on the diagnostics it shows fuel pressure low.
It has been calibrated 3 times, the fuel pressure censor was replaced, the throttle cover was replaced. VW South Africa is aware of the problem, but no technician from them has been sent out. Obviously Menlyn's technicians can not fix the car. Even if the car is out of warranty of motor plan, surely the must be able to fix the car??? I find this type of service appalling. I just want my car fixed. And 4 months is not OK or unreasonable to have that being done?! Could someone please assist me???
