Since I bought the car I have had bad service and no feedback. The deal took 2 weeks of empty promises before I got the car. One minute they would confirm this with a time and the next they would accuse me of not understanding or mis intepreting the call and the time. I am an adult of 49. So I assume I can understand english.

I received the car on the 19th November and to date still do not have the spare key. They are blaming KIa for the delay, the same as when I bought the car, If it was not Absa with the delay then it was Kia and if it was not Kia it was the registration office.

So what happens if I do need my spare key??? I have to drive to Alberton and I live in Sasolburg, when they do not get back to me or phone and gi ve me feedback? My petrol my time?

What to do. do I drive to Kia and fight with them or do I also put in a complaint about Kia. or can someone assist.

Alberton staff do not care and the lady Anna on the switchboard can vouch for the hundreds of calls made!!!
