I booked my car for a major service with the Hennopspark / Centurion Branch. I was quoted R1 695.00.
According to your website, a major service includes oil, air & fuel filter - spark plugs - oil change and then various checkups.
When I collected my car today, I was informed that the fuel filter was not replaced as my car needs a "high pressure filter". When I booked my car and when I delivered it, no one informed me that this would now be an additional cost.
I was contacted with a report on the "extra's" that needed to be replaced / fixed and mention was made on a high pressure fuel filter. I declined the additional repairs as I thought it was exorbitant. The person that phoned did not explain the fact that no fuel filter will be replaced or why my car needs a high pressure filter.
When I voiced my frustration with the fact that I am paying for something they didn't do, the guy didn't want to listen to me and turned his back on me.
I paid R1 695.00 for oil & air filters, 4 spark plugs and an oil change! And will have to fork out additional monies to have the fuel filter replaced!!!
Needless to say - Car Service City my money!!!
