BAD SERVICE BY IMPERIAL SELECT PAROW BRANCH

On 20th November 2012 i bought a 2011 Kia cerato at imperial select Parow. The salesman was Johan Vermaak. He was very keen to help me. we agree that they will roadworthy the car and supply the service book and sparekey which i did not received with the car. i did ave to make severall phone calls to get my car roadworthy with my number plates on. it did not stop there my car did need to go for service and there was no service book of the vehicle. i only received it on 14 January 2013. severall promises was made to me about my sparekey, which i never yet received from them .i spoke to the manager Jan and again he made promises. i did have enough and want to warn people to make sure when ever wants to do bussiness with imperial select parow. THE DONT GIVE YOU FEEDBACK, YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL THEM FOREVER.
