Good day, I recently bought a HYUNADAI I20 from IMPERIAL BOKSBURG.
worst mistake I could possibly make, when we went there to test drive the vehicle there was a brand new spare wheel in the boot when we checked (Louis naidoo - sales person witness) we purchased the vehicle, and collected on the 29th of Nov 2013, there was a fault on the vehicle (something was wrong with the wheel) the car was sent to Hyundai to be repaired, and a cross member was replaced on the wheel.
I drove the car for another 2 weeks before the GEARBOX gave in. the car is currently standing at HYUNDAI GERMISTON getting repaired since the 19th of December.
my husband went there today 6 jan 2014 to collect my licence and spare wheel and still no luck!!! when a customer collects the car, you sign a pink form to say what is not there etc... does that actually help?
the owner is ignoring me never returning calls and I have now had enough!!! please can someone assist me who is willing to help and not play games. because im not afraid to cancel this deal at any cost----- THIS IS MY RIGHT!
